Brightwheel will be used by our educators to record activities and updates throughout the day. Everything from Rest Time to snacks will provide you with a complete history of your child’s experience in our program with photos stored safely and securely in a journal format.
Following a daily routine, each day helps build the children’s sense of security and independence to make choices and take risks, leading to exciting learning opportunities. Each classroom decides on the daily routine that works best for its settings, schedule, and children enrolled in the classroom.
Children who are enrolled in our program are fed nutritionally daily –Breakfast, AM Snack, Lunch, PM Snack, Dinner, and Evening Snacks.

Lead Teachers possess and or working towards degrees in the fields of education and child development, and teacher aides have completed college level training as well. Each staff member strives to create a warm and loving environment filled with experiences that will foster intrinsic motivation for children to enjoy school and learn. We are dedicated to providing continued growth and educational opportunities for our team members. In addition to employing an on-site trainer, providing ongoing coaching for our teaching team, in-service training and professional development is continually provided by Thomason Childcare Solutions to all teaching staff in the areas of early childhood education, child development, S.T.E.A.M (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics) and the emphasis of Montessori philosophy and strategies. All staff members shall complete and maintain certification of 15 hours of health and safety training. Annual and On-Going training in the areas of infant safe sleep, prevention of shaken baby syndrome, medication administration, child abuse and neglect mandated reporting, blood borne pathogens and universal precautions is provided as well as continuous reviews of all Community Care Licensing Division health and safety policies. Thomason Childcare Solutions employees are members of the National Association for the Education of Young Children and the American Montessori Society. Each organization offers a variety of informational articles in early childhood development along with a variety of in-service training programs and workshops for our staff.
